Curriculum Vitae Patrick Brunner

Patrick Brunner has been a research associate in the IGR department at FIZ Karlsruhe since September 2023. In his research, he focuses in particular on issues relating to data traffic, software licensing and the development and use of AI systems. He completed his legal clerkship in the judicial district of the Higher Regional Court of Karlsruhe at the Regional Court of Karlsruhe and completed it in November 2022 with the second state examination in law. He completed his law studies at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder) in March 2020 with the first state examination in law. He gained experience abroad during a one-year Erasmus study visit to the University of Hull in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, where he devoted himself to studying British law.
