Best Short Paper Award for Madhurima Deb and the FIZ Karlsruhe Team at JCDL 2024

Karlsruhe, 14. April 2025, Great news: Madhurima Deb, together with her colleagues Isabel Beckenbach, Matteo Petrera, Dariush Ehsani, Marcel Fuhrmann, Yun Hao, Olaf Teschke, and Moritz Schubotz, has received the Best Short Paper Award at the Joint Conference on Digital Libraries (JCDL 2024) held on the 16th-20th December 2024. Madhurima Deb presented the paper online. The award was announced on April 9, 2025.

Their paper, titled “An Overview of zbMATH Open Digital Library,” offers a concise yet insightful look at the core functionalities and scholarly impact of zbMATH Open – the world’s largest open-access digital mathematics library.
